What you can do if you change your mind, and what you are always entitled to if digital content is faulty.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

In short

  • You have 14 days to cancel, unless you chose immediate access and confirmed you understood that ends the right.
  • Whatever you chose, you are always entitled to a remedy if the content is faulty or not as described.
  • We never use a blanket no-refund rule.

1. Your right to cancel within 14 days

When you buy online you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the 14 days run from the day you buy.

To cancel, tell us clearly (for example through the contact form or by emailing [to be provided before launch]) with your order details. You can use any clear statement.

2. Immediate access and losing the right to cancel

The law lets you choose to have digital content made available straight away. If you do, and you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once the content has been made available to you, then the 14-day right no longer applies after access begins.

That is why, before you can pay, checkout asks you to tick a box confirming both things. If you do not tick it, you cannot complete the purchase, and your 14-day right to cancel is unaffected because no content will have been made available. We keep a record of the time you gave this confirmation.

We will confirm your order, and your confirmation of these points, in the order confirmation and receipt we send or show you after payment.

3. If digital content is faulty or not as described

This section applies whether or not you gave up your right to cancel. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described. If it is not, for example the file will not open, is incomplete, or is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy.

  • First, repair or replacement. We will provide a working or corrected file within a reasonable time and at no cost to you.
  • If that is not possible, takes too long, or fails, you can ask for a price reduction, up to a full refund, depending on how serious the problem is.
  • If faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content you own, you may be entitled to compensation or repair.

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem and tell us what is wrong, with your order details. Screenshots help.

4. What this policy does not say

We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” policy. Nothing in this policy, in our Terms or on a product page limits the rights you have by law. Where a request falls outside your statutory rights, we will consider it fairly on its merits.

Educational content cannot guarantee any trading result, and a product not producing profits is not a fault. See the risk warnings in our Terms.

5. How refunds work

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 14 days of us agreeing to the refund.
  • After a full refund, access to the product in your dashboard library is removed.
  • Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank: we can usually resolve things faster.
