It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. It does not take your objectives, finances or circumstances into account. This website does not provide portfolio management or any other regulated investment service.
Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and you can lose some or all of your capital. Nothing on this website is financial, investment or trading advice, a recommendation, or an offer. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. MkkFx content is for education only.
Examples and diagrams are illustrative. We do not promise or imply that you will make a profit or avoid a loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Seek advice from an appropriately regulated professional before acting.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy anything.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to abuse the service. If we close an account without a breach, we will refund any digital content you cannot use.
4. Digital products and licence
Products are digital files (such as PDFs, eBooks, templates and journals). After we have confirmed your payment, they appear in the download library of your dashboard. Downloads are protected: they are available only to the account that bought them, through links that expire shortly after they are created. You can generate a new link at any time while you have access.
When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You must not copy, resell, share, upload, publish or distribute it, or remove any notices from it. All rights remain with us or our licensors.
Check the product page for the format and any software you need to open it. We may update products and will make updates available in your library.
5. Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in the currency displayed. Any VAT or sales tax that applies to your location is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. An order is accepted, and a contract formed, when your payment is confirmed and your access is granted. We will send or show confirmation of your order.
If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. You will never be charged more than the price shown at checkout.
6. Cancelling and refunds
Your rights to cancel and to a remedy for faulty or misdescribed digital content are set out in our Refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7. MkkFx Intelligence
The assistant provides educational explanations and help finding content. It can be wrong, it does not know your circumstances, and it must not be relied on for trading or financial decisions. Where a live AI service is not enabled, a clearly labelled demonstration mode is used instead.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts, data or downloads, or probe or disrupt the site.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape content or overload the service.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content through our forms.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its lessons, diagrams, designs, text and products are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read and use them for personal learning but may not reproduce or republish them without permission.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using the content, or for indirect or consequential losses. We provide the site with reasonable care and skill but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Changes do not affect orders you have already placed.
12. Governing law
